About My Practice
Carol Lynn de Szendeffy focuses her practice on the areas of real estate, small business and simple estate planning and probate. She is available to assist clients with both residential and commercial real estate transactions and issues, whether on a limited basis for document review and preparation or as counsel for an entire matter.
Mrs. de Szendeffy works with both individuals and families to establish simple estate plans through the use of wills, health care and financial powers of attorney and living wills. Mental health powers of attorney and other planning tools such as burial instructions are also available. Most estate planning work can be done on a flat fee basis. Mrs. de Szendeffy also assists clients with probate matters, both on a limited, as needed basis.

About Me
Born and raised in New Jersey, Carol Lynn de Szendeffy received a BA Cum Laude from the University of New Hampshire and her Juris Doctor from Syracuse University. Returning to New Jersey, Carol Lynn began practicing law in 1978, where her civil practice included municipal and zoning law, real estate, business, family, and personal injury law.
Relocating to Carefree, Arizona in 1984 Carol Lynn served as Presiding Municipal Judge for the Carefree Municipal Court from 1985 to 1997 and Presiding Municipal Judge for the Cave Creek Municipal Court from 1987 to 1995. She opened her private practice office in Cave Creek, AZ. in 1994 where she continues to offer personalized legal services.
Carol Lynn lives in Carefree Arizona with her husband Rod. She served for ten years as an Adult Leader in the local Boy Scout troop where both of her sons attained the rank of Eagle Scout. Carol Lynn enjoys travelling and vacationing in southern California with her husband and family.
